Steve Garner, Director and Principal Consultant

Steve is widely recognised for his excellent track record in project management, relationship management and change management in both the private and public sectors. As a senior executive, company director, board member and technical specialist Steve has led and coordinated ground-breaking, multi-million dollar initiatives.

Paul Perniskie, Director and Principal Consultant

Paul is an experienced senior manager, commercial lawyer with extensive experience in project/programme management, change management, governance, contract and tender negotiation, and business development at national and international levels. Through his consultancy work, Paul has also gained considerable knowledge of the machinery of government and has significant experience in both policy and parliamentary processes.
